For a properly draining roof under normal conditions of use, SOPREMA's elastomeric membrane manufacturer's warranty for materials is 10 or 15 years, depending on the materials chosen. In addition to this manufacturer's warranty, Pareco's installation warranty is, in most cases, 15 years for a properly draining roof. The exact duration may vary according to certain conditions.
