HOW IT STARTED

Luc Paré, President and Founder of Pareco + has worked in the field of construction since the early 1980s. Thanks to his experience and the support of his dynamic team, Luc Paré founded a company that has seen continuous growth and whose priority remains the full satisfaction of its customers. Today Pareco + offers top quality, sustainable renovation and roofing solutions and services.

THE RENOVATION DIVISION

Pareco + has twenty employees, a fleet of vehicles, specialized equipment and multipurpose workshops, shared with its Renovations Division since 2010. This division is managed by Charles Barrier, an experienced project manager.

THE ROOFING DIVISION

The Roofing Division was a natural response to a glaring lack of quality specialists in the field. Indeed, too often roofs have defects in design, structure, insulation, ventilation, light and waterproofing that jeopardize the very investments they are supposed to protect. Since the early 1990s, the Roofing Division at Pareco + has carried out hundreds of roofing projects in all seasons.
